What Mentorship Means Here

Mentorship at AdeptFlux isn't about me reading a textbook to you. It is a transfer of experience.

It is about taking the chaotic mix of theories you learned in university and organizing them into a structured "Engineering Mindset" that you can use to solve problems you've never seen before. It is the bridge between "I think the answer is 5V" and "Based on the input swing and headroom, I designed the stage for 5V."

How Sessions Are Structured

We strip away the fluff. Every session is designed to simulate a real-world design review or a high-stakes interview environment.

Circuit Dissection

We take standard topologies (Mirrors, Diff Pairs, LDOs) and break them down. Not mathematically, but intuitively. What happens if this resistor changes? Why is that transistor there?

The "Why." In interviews, the answer matters less than the approach. We train your brain to articulate your thought process clearly, logically, and confidently.

Whiteboard-style problem solving. I will ask you the questions Tier-1 companies ask, and we will debug your answers together until they are bulletproof.
